I think your writing and tag looks like Aries' Were you two the one that tagged I294 (random interstate bridge)? I can bet on it. Aries still loves to put stickers and paint on everything in sight. Does that bring back some memories of you two getting into things you should not???
I never tagged with aries, but i always remembered his "pour one" drawings. I also remembered his poetry, like his "cant sleep, cant eat" writings. That was when he was going through some tough times. He didn't really have a family during that time. the knoch family was his family during his time wen he lived with us.
Jason, can I ask you about school loans. Are you having to take out loans besides the federal ones? Or did you get a scholarship? I may need to just this one term take out a loan...that is not federal.
I don't know christle, u should ask my mom about loans. She is more familiar with that area. my parents are paying out of their pockets for my school and living here.
Hi christle, jason cant apply for loan outside U.S. not unless he's military that has a GI Bill offered by the Navy for those military that join long time ago. like ur uncle Andy. And sad thing we cant even claim anything we spend for all his tuition fees n expenses in our yearly Income Tax. Because its a foreign country. basically all his expenses is on Dad & Mom. As soon as he graduate in 2010 March or April all he needs to do is go back here in the states n take review class for his Board of Nursing exams here in CA n he will work here in San Diego. That's why everybody was excited to go home in 2010. Of course you Guys are coming w/ us. Jason is working hard esp. this semester n the rest of his clinical till he graduate. Hard but it pays off at the end. Here in CA or San Diego area . You have to apply to other school to get into the clinical portion of your Nursing degree. In the Philippines u dont have too becuz all Nursing University or colleges has hospitals or appliated hospitals that Nursing students dont need to apply all they have to do is pass all their major n minor Subjects n Pass the Battery Test, interviews n pass all physical Exams given at the end of your 2 years of yourNursing course. N if you pass then your automatically accepted in your clinical portion of it. its hard on Jason at first but now he consider it as His 2nd home. N He has a Dual citizenship. when he's in the Philippines he's Filipino n when he's here he's US citizen. Its a privilage that as his Mom born n raise in the Phil. can petition Jason N Lisa- but since Lisa was born there when Andy was Permanent Station fr. 1982-1985 lisa can just file her filipino citizen anytime if she wants. But w/ Jason I petition him last June 2005 n was Approved last Dec.15,2005. if i didnt petition him he will have a hard time studying there as foreigner bcuz he has to pay more n will give a yearly donations at his school n will renew student visa every 6 months. Im glad i did it cuz now he can work , buy a house or even have business w/ out a problem but he has to pay his Income tax there.
Wow Auntie.....You front him for living and school. That boy is blessed! I do not have this but I will tell you this, I will do the same for my son when he goes to college. I know about the pay now make it back later, I keep that in my mind each time I pay 400 bucks for books, or spend 12 thousand dollars on tuition....I feel it but you know what there is NO where to go but up. You cannot make it really without a nice degree. You can do freelance, but to be a professional, like a person that has a Ph.D, they are outside of the norm. That is what I want, to be outside of the norm. Thanks for the details Auntie, you are great!
Christle I know jason appreciates everything we have been doing for him. All we want from him is to finish n work of course n have a good life for his future n family someday. he's very appreciative n maybe embarassed also becuz everything is on mom & dad. n Thanks to hazel she's very diligent tutor to jason ur very lucky son !!! Give my luv n hug to Graeson, he looks bet u n aries.
